Fire Sprinkler Operations / Service Manager

An established fire protection business is looking for an experienced manager to oversee sprinkler inspections, servicing, repairs and installations.

The Role

• Lead and develop the sprinkler field team.

• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, materials and equipment so jobs are ready to proceed.

• Work with sales to confirm job requirements and resolve scope issues.

• Maintain safe working practices, quality workmanship and accurate documentation.

• Handle technical escalations and customer concerns.

• Keep senior management informed of department performance and staffing needs.

Requirements

• NICET Level II in the relevant sprinkler discipline.

• Current applicable Virginia DPOR certification or license.

• Strong commercial sprinkler inspection, service, repair and installation experience.

• Knowledge of relevant NFPA standards and Virginia requirements.

• Experience supervising field technicians.

• Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
