Fire Sprinkler Superintendent

Pensacola, Florida | $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Superintendent to oversee field crews and keep sprinkler projects running smoothly across the Pensacola area.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows sprinkler installation, can get the best out of a crew and takes pride in delivering quality work.

The Role

• Oversee day-to-day sprinkler installation activities across assigned projects.

• Lead foremen and field crews, setting clear expectations for safety, quality and productivity.

• Plan manpower, materials and equipment to keep work on schedule.

• Read drawings, coordinate installation and resolve issues in the field.

• Work closely with project managers, general contractors and other trades.

• Monitor progress and support inspections, testing and project closeout.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in fire sprinkler installation.

• Previous experience as a Superintendent, General Foreman or experienced Foreman ready for the next step.

• Ability to read sprinkler drawings and understand applicable NFPA requirements.

• Confident leadership, communication and organizational skills.

• A practical approach to solving problems and keeping projects moving.
